There is no doubt that Nicholas is Kevin's kid, just look at his upper lip!
So, even though he is ONLY 12, we had to have a shaving party.
He would like to think that he has performed a great right of passage to manhood but the fact is he's a 12 year old with out of control peach fuzz! I didn't get a good "after" shot, but trust me, he's handsome.
This Wednesday evening was our Pack Meeting and the Space Derby. Jacob and his dad had grand plans and worked on the rocket for a week before the race. We had recently watched Talledega Nights (please don't judge) and so that should explain the graphics he put on the rocket. If you can't read them, they say: "I wanna go fast" and "shake-n-bake". From what I hear, it was a lot of fun. Jacob's best cheerleader (me) had to stay home because I was sick! :(

Cool rocket! I've never heard of a Space Derby before. Looks like it was a lot of fun. Hope you are feeling better.
Nick has peach fuzz?!?! Crazy, Tyson finially got his! LOL! jk he's had it for a little while, but not at 12! haha!
Tell Jacob his rocket turned out awesome! We haven't heard of a rocket derby, do they race them by shooting them somehow?
And what the heck! Nick has a 'stache! He's probably grown another 5 inches since we saw him last and I'm sure his voice just rocks the room!!!
