Mother's Day, Birthday, Farewell, Dance, oh my!

So, since our President's Day trip to Island Park Kevin has been addicted to BBQ. He bought a Traeger grill and has been smoking all sorts of meat. For Mother's Day Kevin cooked his mom and I a lovely beef brisket. We finally saw glimpses of summer and spent some time outside. Here's a picture of Kevin's mom and her mother's day gift. Dad was so happy to have yet another chair to pack to Warm River.

Kevin and the kids got me a new knife set for Mother's Day, they are so fancy I think I'm going to have to take a cooking class to figure out how to use them.
So since Kevin is addicted to the BBQ, that is all he got for his birthday. I took him to Jackson Hole on Saturday (after Derek's baptism) and when we returned on Sunday the kids had a cake all ready for him.

We didn't quite have 41, but maybe that was a good thing!

We also got to go to St. George for Tyson's farewell. He did a great job and is definately growing up! Here's some memories of the weekend.

The stache twins. Too funny to explain.

We love you Tyson and wish you all the best in Canada.

Kevin had lots of fun with these little monkeys, and we had fun watching!

Seems like we've had lots of adventures so far in 2010. Here's a picture of the Jazz game we got to go to. Thanks again to the Phillips' for making it possible.

The Jazz won!

Just so you know there will be a big party this summer to celebrate this accomplishment, I finished my Master's Degree! Yeah. I also recieved my certification as a Nurse Executive. So, now I'm really done with school. Stay tuned for party plans.

Last, but not least, here's another dance to report on. Brianna was asked to Commencement by Dennim Passmore. We rented this dress and I did her hair. She was just lovely.

Dennim was such a gentleman. It was raining when he came to get her and he brought an umbrella to the door to excort her to the car. So cute, my little princess is growing up.

I love my family. :)
